There’s this place that I really like to go and eat when I’m in One Utama. Its Zuup Soup Bar. Its somewhere on the Ground floor next to Bee’s Bakery. I don’t know why this place is always so quiet and looks like it has no customers everytime I’m there, but don’t be fooled! The food is delicious!

I ordered the Seafood Clam Chowder in Bread Bowl (RM11.90) As you can see, its served in a huge bun that has been hollowed out. Its a creamy rich soup with croutons (cubes of fried bread) on top. It also has a lot of clam, potatoes and other great veggies.

I was there with my youngest sister and she ordered the set. It RM9.90 as well which consisted of ham and cheese toasted sandwich with salad on the side and Pink Guava juice.
Even though its a soup bar, they also serve other food such as Wild Mushroom Cappucino (RM6.90), Minestrone Soup (RM6.90), Pan Seared Dory with Angel Hair Pasta and Cheddar Garlic Sauce (RM17.90), Rack of Lamb with Rosemary and Mint Sauce (RM20.90). Prices might differ slightly.
I feel hungry just writing about it. Hehe! Sadly not many people know of this yummylicious place! Go and check it out.

I was hanging out in Jusco Bukit Raja Tinggi and decided to eat in PastaMania. Its this fast food eating place which serves Pasta.
There have many different types of appetisers, pasta, baked rice, lasagne, pizzas and desserts. They even have vegetarian pastas for those who don’t eat meat.
We ordered Combo C (RM4.90) with Garlic Bread and a 16oz drink. Then he ordered a Beef Lasagna (RM14.90) while I had a Mussels & Clams Pasta (Rm15.90).
The food was pretty good and is in reasonable portions. There are two other outlets. One in Pavillion, Kuala Lumpur and another in Gurney Plaza (Penang). I’m not sure if there are any more, do tell me if there is
Donuts stores are all the rage now aren’t they? There’s a wide selection of donuts available at this store with all sorts of toppings and fillings. Its light and fluffy as compared to Dunkin’ Donuts. The best thing about it is that you can eat two without getting sick of it.
The donuts pictured before are (from left to right) : Topped with crushed Oreo, Mango filling in the middle and glazed, Durian filled, Topped with chocolate and filled with chocolate cream, Topped with chocolate with Banana Cream in the middle, Topped with chocolate and nuts.

Several of my favourites are :
Topped with white chocolate and almonds
Green Tea – slightly too sweet but still very nice
Topped with white chocolate and Cheese – savory sweet & salty. I like!
The aforementioned oreo donut in all it’s glory
I usually get half a dozen of these if Im in Curve which costs RM9.50 only. I think its RM2 each and RM17.90 for a dozen, not too sure about it.
This store is part of a franchise which is popular in Indonesia and their first branch in Malaysia was in Curve, Mutiara Damansara. They also just recently opened in One Utama, PJ.
